Jason Rupert, Head of ISO Business Unit

Jason is Head of the ISO Business Unit at Vantiv and has responsibility for all sales, account management and operational activities supporting our ISO Business Partners. He has significant executive leadership and channel management experience cultivating world class service and partner relationships. Prior to joining Vantiv, Jason served as Vice President and General Manager for NCR's global business with Walmart. Before that, he worked as Vice President of Client Relationship Management and Enterprise Partnership Sales at Digital Insight Corporation, where he built strategic partner plans and led all new account global sales with Financial Institutions. Jason holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering and a Master of Industrial Engineering from the University of Arkansas.

Scott Buckley, Senior Vice President, ISO Strategy and Portfolio Management

Scott has spent 11 years in the payments industry and was originally with NPC when it was acquired by Vantiv. He is responsible for strategic pricing initiatives, portfolio management and analytics. Scott also supports regulatory change analysis and impact strategy, as well as a variety of partner initiatives. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Bellarmine University in Louisville, KY.

Menda Sims, Senior Vice President, ISO Client Experience

Menda brings to the role a passion to make every customer interaction the best experience possible. She manages all aspects of the client operations and oversees our service strategy. Menda has extensive experience in customer support and has worked more than 10 years in senior-level global business development and operations management roles, primarily for payment processing organizations. Prior to joining Vantiv, Menda was President of IntegreLynk Global Solutions, a management and technology firm. There, she focused on sales and revenue strategy, business process improvement and transformation initiatives. Before IntegreLynk, Menda was head of Global Exception Management Services at Elavon. She built an inside sales and revenue center that increased revenue to the existing merchant base and non-acquired merchants. Her solutions focused on payment card fraud prevention, security risk and chargeback strategy and revenue growth across all sales channels.

Pat Ford, Senior Vice President, Strategic Client Relations

Pat Ford is a veteran in the electronic payments space with over 30 years of experience working for and with the premier providers in the industry. He has held positions of increasing responsibility with leading payments processors including First Data Corporation, TSYS, and Vital, in addition to leading the Direct Sales group at Humboldt Merchant Services. Most recently, he served as SVP/Senior Director of Client Relations at TSYS Acquiring Solutions, where he was recognized both internally and externally for his exceptional leadership skills. His business passions include building world-class client-facing organizations, fostering team member engagement, leading premier client relations and strategic contract negotiation.

Lance McCord, Senior Vice President, Finance

During his time at Vantiv, Lance has been very involved in the ISO business, starting as the CFO and becoming more involved in the business over time through both portfolio acquisitions and pricing for new deals. He has been a valued advisor to the ISO general manager and has worked closely with the sales team to help them win in the market and fuel the strong growth the business has enjoyed over the past several years. Lance transitioned to lead the sales team in January, 2017. He is looking forward to continuing to capitalize on Vantiv’s strong market position and industry leading expertise in the ISO market, where Vantiv will continue to pursue both new partner relationships and portfolio acquisitions. Lance has a 35-year history in finance including 10 years at IBM where he was the CFO the Services business in Europe and has been the Merchant CFO for Vantiv during his 5+ years with the company. Before Vantiv, Lance spent 6 years in healthcare where he was the senior vice president of finance for Kendle International Inc. Lance graduated from Southern Illinois University and attended graduate school at Saint Louis University. He is also a CPA in the State of Missouri.

Jonathan Miller, Senior Vice President, ISO Solution Strategy

Jonathan’s leadership is focused on creating solutions that help our independent sales partners grow their business through aggressive SMB merchant acquisition while enhancing merchant retention. In this role, he leads all efforts to identify, source, board and commercialize new products, processes, tools and platform enhancements. Jonathan joined the ISO organization from the Vantiv Enterprise Architecture team, where he led strategy for funding and finance, directing the architecture transformation of revenue management and back office capabilities. Jonathan has also served as technology leader and solution architect for NPC. Prior to Vantiv, he spent 12 years in technology and project management at United Parcel Service and also led product development and IT for an energy management firm. Jonathan holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.

John Huber, Chief Merchant Risk and Network Compliance Officer

John has served as Vantiv’s Deputy General Counsel since 2010 and now has responsibility for Vantiv’s Merchant Risk and Network Compliance functions. John has held a number of roles over the past 17 years within Vantiv’s Legal Department, including Chief Corporate Counsel and Chief Business Counsel. He has played a significant role in many of the significant transactions that Vantiv and its predecessor entities have completed, including the separation of Vantiv from Fifth Third Bank in 2009.
